    Day 1: The leadership agenda

    For senior executives shaping strategy in a more contested environment. Three parallel streams: 

    The Leadership Agenda: For CEOs and board members navigating geopolitical risk, uneven growth and structural change. 

    Financial Crime: For compliance, risk and security leaders strengthening defences against fraud, AML exposure and cyber threats. 

    Capital Strategy: For banking leaders making balance sheet, funding and investment decisions under sustained pressure. Expect CEO interviews, CFO-level analysis and regulatory dialogue focused on risk, returns and resilience.



    Day 2: Technology, payments and new competition

    As AI and digital infrastructure become central to banking economics, competitive advantage is shifting. Three dedicated streams: 

    AI & Technology: Legacy systems, cloud concentration, AI governance and operating model redesign. 

    Payments: Real-time infrastructure, fraud liability, interoperability and the economics of seamless payments. 

    Neobanking: Digital-first models, profitability under scrutiny and the next phase of competition between incumbents and challengers. 



    Day 3: The Performance Lab

    A fully interactive day designed to test judgement under pressure. 

    Participants work in teams through a series of FT-led simulations exploring: 

    • Strategy execution when culture resists change 
    • AI rollout and accountability trade-offs 
    • Board-level decisions under regulatory and market scrutiny


    The sessions are structured to challenge assumptions and sharpen leadership thinking.
